So where you are sitting, for a moment, close your eyes. Bring your attention, your awareness to your body, your feet that's touching the ground, your roots that's touching your chair. Notice your breath. Breathe from your abdomen. Inhale, expand your belly. Exhale, empty. Draw it in and up. Inhale, expand. Exhale, empty. Sit fully straight with straight spine. Hold your weight. Notice your bones. Your flesh, your muscles that are holding the bones. Have your feet and your tippy toes. Go on your tippy toes. And just start gently shaking. Shaking your knees, shaking your thighs. Sending the shakes to your roots. Holding your hands in the space and shaking your palms. As you're shaking from your toes to your roots, so the second layer is shaking your palms. Our palms each directly reflects our brain hemisphere. Right and left. To balance our brain hemispheres, we go through somatic shaking to balance energy, to balance masculine and feminine. This is a simple practice to balance your masculinity and femininity and shake off your fascia. Literally saying the act of letting go with your hands, letting go with your legs. Take your hands up above your head and shake it. Now shake your head side to side.

SPEAKER_04Keeping our toes activated, our heels off the ground, straight spine, and our hands are in the space, completely mirroring each other, drawing a figure eight, sideway figure eight in the space. So there's magic into holding your hands in the space for a certain should. So this figure eight-ish, we don't have to think of perfection, just a movement is the essential. And holding your toes, your heels off the ground. Going to maintain this figure aid with our hands into space and bring in a call and response of a voice activation. I say a phrase. You guys repeat after me. Kind of call and response, but the whole time not losing the hand movement and not losing the feet activation. Bring this gentle rock back and forth, forwards and back with your spine. So not only figure eight in the hands, you're rocking your body back and forth. Bring your hands into your face, put your palms on your face. Sharing your love and gratitude with his body. So the mystery force is here.
